In 2014, a close friend, and proud Jamaica native, invited us to help launch the Caribbean’s first-ever medical cannabis brand. This was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, not only to help build something meaningful from the ground up but also to apply everything I had learned throughout my career. From positioning the brand and shaping its identity to designing interiors and driving marketing and strategic partnerships, I wore a lot of hats. Kaya remains close to my heart, and I’m proud to still be involved as a brand advisor.
